We have reached out no less than 4 times about the parking situation, even directly to the community manager, and nothing is done. Every person in this neighborhood seems to have a car for each person in the household PLUS a work truck. And work vehicles aren't even supposed to be parked here. If you don't stay home from work, you can't even park on your own street - it'll be at least two blocks away. And if it's a street cleaning day and you didn't park in the correct street the night before (because you didn't stay home from work) you won't find a space anywhere near your house. I've parked 5 blocks away more than once. I don't understand why they aren't limiting it to 2 vehicles per household like every other neighborhood, and no work trucks. They tried to do away with the parking sticker but the city decided they wanted their $10 even thought nobody parks here and walks elsewhere. On our street is one very dim street light, even though they claim they're making the neighborhood "safer".
