It's a great location and a low-crime area.

Lorah S
Pro's: Truly exceptional location for a condo community in this price range. Straight shot to Sanibel Island. Five minutes to Bell Tower Shops and the Factory Outlet Mall. Walk to beautiful Lakes Park. We bought this condo rather than pay dorm fees when our son went to Florida Gulf Coast. He jogged to Lakes Park almost every day. Farmer's markets are held there as well as festivals. The area is virtually hidden. If you didn't know it was there, you probably would not see it. It is well maintained and in a very nice area of upper - middle and lower priced homes/condos. Con's: Most condo sunrooms could be converted to have an in-home washer and dryer. Those that don't have access to a pay-laundry on the first floor of the buildings. This applies to the one bedrooms which are the only ones I can review.
