Centrally located to all of Charleston area amenities
My wife and I have lived in Glyn Terrace for nearly 20 years and love the location. Many of the neighbors have resided in the community for quite some time and are very friendly.
Being that these homes were built in the 1960's, they provide an excellent mid-century modern blueprint to convert to an up-to-date home of your own. Additionally, Glyn Terrace is centrally located to many of the employment centers like Joint Base Charleston, Boeing, Mercedes Benz Vans, MUSC and many of the up-and-coming tech centers.
The Historic District is only 15 minutes south of Glyn Terrace and area beaches are a scenic 20-25 minute drive away.
New neighbors
Me and my family just moved to this area. Its quite and nice just seems like the neighbors are not welcoming or friendly like they should be afraid of the new people. Well I work full time we havw been married for 1 year we have 7 kids among all together. We are normal people we are friendly a wave ans not a stank stear would be nice....
