Grand Haven

Our home and lot is really nice. And the community itself is very quiet. But the Common areas around the ponds are terribly managed while the front and rear entry landscapes are overgrown and poorly kept. During the summer months the ponds are layered with scum and algae. The Seasonal decorations and beautification are underwhelming. Snow removal is poorly done and street salting is at a minimal if at all making driving within GrandHaven hazardous every winter.

I've lived here since 2003. Some homes and townhomes were already built the year before. I have no need to vacation because everything is here. People are very friendly. There's more than enough here to do with clubs, activities, pools,exercise gym, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts. theres horseshoes, fishing among other things to do. Outside maintenance is done for you...no shoveling or grass cutting for you. You will not be sorry if you live here.

We've lived here three years and are pretty happy with everything. There is always something going on and we are both very involved with different clubs. We've made a lot of new friends here too. Everything is close by and although there is no golf course in the community there are plenty of courses around town.

This community has about 700 homes and was built in the late 90's. Community is gated and the Clubhouse is very nice. Homes are affordable and access to Weber Road and I-55 is a plus!
