Green Trails

Green Trails is a suburban neighborhood made up of beautiful homes surrounded by lush forest, greenspace, and ponds. While eventually annexed by the city of Lisle, the subdivision was originally intended to be a part of a large master-planned community. Developers designed lots with wide-open backyards that connect to a trail system leading to the community’s many parks. This unique site plan keeps children away from the streets and is ideal for walking, jogging, cross-country skiing, and cycling. Green Trails features two commercial areas, College Square Shopping Center and Green Trails Shopping Center. Schools in the area are highly rated. Steeple Run Elementary School, Kennedy Junior High School, Benet Academy, and Benedictine University are all near Green Trails’ perimeter. Green Trails residents are also just a short drive from the Lisle Metra Station, where they can catch a train into Chicago.
