Located at 191st Street and Cumberland Rd , it is not only convenient to all the schools, it is literally on the same street: Noblesville High School, White River Elementary, Noblesville Middle School, and across the road from Our Lady of Grace Catholic School. Right off 37, a 5' drive to an amazing variety of businesses. Small, peaceful, neighborhood with great neighbors, large lots, NO HOA, low taxes because it is not incorporated by the city.
