Hamilton Square

Located in Alvin, Texas is the small community of Hamilton Square. This community was developed between 2005 and 2008 and features a variety of single-family homes. Hamilton Square’s tranquil setting is complemented by a walking trail and fenced-in pond situated at the northern section of the community, offering residents scenic water views. Although there are no schools in Hamilton Square, the community is incorporated by the Alvin Independent School District. Some of the well-recognized schools within district include Hood-Case Elementary, G.W. Harby Junior High, and Alvin High School. The district’s student population is quickly growing due to the engaging curriculums and academic programs they offer. Just outside of the community, residents will find an assortment of retail stores, restaurants, local parks, and playgrounds to enjoy. Major roadways like Highway 6 and Alvin Bypass are also close by, making it easy for homeowners to travel across town. Another popular amenity is the Hillcrest Golf Club, which features 9 holes of golf and a pro shop. For more big-city attractions, Houston and Galveston are both about 40 minutes away from Hamilton Square.
