Great neighborhood near Sherwood Park, Seminary Ave and Ginter Park!

Hammond Place is a great up and coming neighborhood. Amazing 1920 colonial style homes with decent yard space. Safe neighborhood and calm street for taking an evening stroll or the dog for a walk. Very close to downtown, Washington Redskins practice facility, Scott's addition and easy access to the interstate!
