Avoid Harbor Bay Isle
Avoid Harbor Bay Isle, largely because of the Harbor Bay Isle Homeowners' Association. The HOA staff is uncooperative and harass the homeowners. There is no equity in the rules and regulations and certainly no concern for the benefit of the residents. Dealing with the HOA is frustrating and should be avoided at all costs. Had I known how power hungry the HOA staff are, I never would have bought a house in Harbor Bay.
