Harbor Hills Country Club

This is a wonderful place to live. The people are very friendly. All ages can live here, and while there are no small children, the population is varied- which makes it more interesting compared to other all-senior communities. The homes range from modest to impressive, and most folks take very good care of their properties. Of course, there are always those who are not that fussy - but there are only a few like that. This community has been here for a long time, so the tress and landscaping are mature, which gives it a very substantial feel. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful and there are dozens of clubs and activities. If you buy here, you will not regret it.

I moved into the community 15 yrs ago because of the beauty, prestige, and neighborhood. At the time, the residents worked hard and followed the hoa rules to keep it that way. But in recent years, newer residents have let their neighborhood slide. They don't make the same effort to keep it nice. Many let their gardens and lawns go unmaintained, they leave items laying around in the yard and driveways, sometimes for months, they store vehicles, boats rvs, and trailers in their driveways, which is prohibited by the neighborhood rules. It no longer appears as a prestige professional country club.

We love our home here and the community is fantastic. We made a lot of custom choices inside and outside when we built our new home here and it's perfect for our needs. We get a lot of compliments from our friends and family! The location is great too, close to many of our friends in The Villages but here we've got really great views!
