Awesome neighborhood to raise a family!

James E
We've lived in Heartland for over 2 years now and we love living here. Our neighbors are friendly and considerate. This community is really amazing - the lake is a great place to take kids fishing or go for a nice walk. There is so much for families to do here from swimming to basketball to kayaking - there is something for everyone. Heartland has an incredible 2nd amenity center opening in March 2019 (very soon). This will have a private gym, community center, outdoor patio, and 3 more pools (in addition to the 3 awesome pools that are currently near the lake). The Crandall police are very active in the community - they really keep a close eye on the neighborhood (they will let you know if your garage door is open late at night). We feel very safe here and we love the close-knit, beautiful community. It's really a wonderful place to live. The only downside would be the taxes...ouch! But that is hitting all Texans hard so all things considered Heartland is fantastic and we're blessed to live here.
