I moved to Heritage Harbour a few years ago, and I love it. My house is wonderful, as are my neighbors. Everyone I have met is friendly and welcoming, and there is definitely a lot to do if you want to participate. The HOA fees are reasonable and the community is well managed and well maintained.
Neighbors nice but the Homeowners Association is ridicules.
HOA wants to regulate every aspect of your house and yard.
Current Homeowner but would not recommend.
People are very friendly, there is so much to do, lots of great amenities, terrific location, had everything I was looking for.
We've been here going on 10 years now. It's a really nice place to call home. It might not be as fancy as other communities but what really matters is that we have a great group of friends here and feel like a part of a tight knit community. I enjoy all the card clubs and shuffleboard, Marie does lots of crafts and a book club. We really enjoy our time here!
