We purchased our home in 2014 and LOVE Heritage Hills! There are definitely some lots that are better situated than others, and we were very careful in our selection. We noticed the cement plant on the hill, so we avoided lots that are nearest to it.

The community is very nice, after living here my first year. However be warned, there is a CEMEX (cement) location on the hill that starts up at all hours, usually 6 am. You will hear beeping trucks and noise that comes from loading cement trucks. At times they start even earlier.

Beware there is a Sand mine on hill near homes
