our cia are bullies and never enforced any deed restriction, the money they collect goes to suing neighbors and they have lost a few court battles. They send no yearly statement and the board is self appointed. its a great place but be prepared for a cia who bullies and does selective enforcement. no one is available on the board to talk to, they have a post office box, i got a non dated letter today im in violation for my rv after flooding in magnolia last year im rebuilding my life and have ptsd. There are other mobils in my section and almost every house has a deed violation. love the people but the board has caused me great duress and im sick and scared now with no hope, i need time. Let the court battles begin.
