A perfect family setting
This neighborhood is small but quaint, and directly next to a great playground and park with baseball fields. The area is full of families with kids and pets so it's a very social setting where neighbors really get to know one another. The homes are well constructed and the yards are spacious- lots of families have their own pools. Generally a recommended area!
