Great neighborhood
We have lived here going on 4 years it's your standard basic neighborhood. we have a few small amenities the playground small pool and some green space. Most neighbors are genuinely nice.
Some just keep to themselves.
We have neighborhood BBQs at the pool and the spring and summer will be doing movies in the park.
There's only one downside to our neighborhood and that is managed by assured management controlled by DR Horton we have no home owners on the board of directors for our homeowners association.
We're hoping for a positive change in the next year. Soon as phase 3 is done that all changes.
