We built our "seasonal" home in Highlands Ridge, never imagining to live here full time. We were so wrong! We became full time residents 10+ years ago. There are 2 great golf courses situated in the orange groves of Central Florida, without the hustle, bustle, and traffic congestion. Located near Sebring/Avon Park, we are less than 2 hours away from either coast and big city shopping. We love it here!
I have been a resident here for five years and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The people are terrific, the golf is challenging for any level player and the amenities are great. With so much offered to do all the time it is a very fulfilling lifestyle.
Great golf courses and great residents. What a great combination. Plenty of other organized activities as well. Quiet location too. No hustle and bustle arounf here just golf carts flitting about.
Great place to live. Young active seniors.
