This neighborhood is definitely not "cookie cutter' as so many often can feel like! Many of the homes built in this section of the Nuckols Road Corridor, were built by Austin-Davidson Homes. Known for more Traditional Style Architecture, the interior floor plans give way to family styled livability! Many have beautiful arched entries, mouldings and trim usually found in luxury homes and perhaps my favorite...Fantastic "flow" for entertaining! All of your guests will not feel the need to gather in the kitchen! The design features were well ahead of timely trends. First level rooms, often with a full bath on the first floor...have multifunctional uses! Guest room or an office are the most common choices. Truly one of the best "walkable" neighborhoods in Richmond. The elementary and middle schools are only a few blocks away, shopping, dining, doctors offices and of course a Starbucks for the win!
