Palmer Elementary School

My children have had a wonderful experience at Palmer. They are deeply cared for by teachers and staff. They have made great friends and are enjoying the diverse extra curricular activities provided!

I absolutely love Palmer!!! From Mr. Ray to the teachers both of my boys have had. Its a very friendly school and they all work hard to make learning fun. Palmer is on its way to bigger and better things.

Palmer is a great neighborhood school in an otherwise challenging school system. It's a melting pot of cultures, representative of Chicago as a whole. The principal, Mr. Ray, is an enthusiastic leader, who has worked hard to raise the level of excellence at the school. He continues to create programs to help the teachers and students develop and achieve at higher levels. The community can see the positive change that has taken place over the last few years and I hope that more people in and around the neighborhood will consider Palmer. A neighborhood school is only as strong as its neighbors!
