Lombard is also home to the Yorktown Mall, which is one of the largest malls in the western suburbs.

Aside from Lilacia Park, Lombard offers many events that happen annually. Such events are Cruise Nights on Saturday nights from June to August, or there is the Lilac Time Art and Craft Fair in May, Spooktacular Fall Fest that happens in October, and the Jingle Bell Jubilee that happens around Christmas time. Lombard is also home to the Enchanted Castle, a 60,000 square foot family center mega-complex that contains laser tag, miniature golf, go-karts, games, dining, and an entertainment center with live shows.
