Very poor. Favoritism and politics win. If your student keeps their mouth shut you should get along great. Don't contact anyone at school or reach out for support either without putting a target on your students back. Any students requiring the faculty to "work" can easily become a disciplinary problem.

My son has EXCELLENT teachers at Perry Middle. The teachers understand these are just kids, they dont expect perfection and they work with kids who need extra help. They even created a Math lab once a week with rotating stations to help with kds struggling in math. My son loves all of his teachers and loves to go to school. We came from a 5 star school community and the pressure to perform was so extreme, he was miserable. His istep scores were 1280!!! This is a diverse school, but he actually likes making friends from all different cultures! Makes life exciting...

I attend Perry Meridian Middle School and if I were a parent I would never send my child here. The teachers don't push you hard and I receive very little homework. I have found that maybe about 40% of the teachers really care about the students. Kids who struggle with making friends and getting bullied would be eaten alive. Literally. I am a social butterfly and still I have to deal with stuff I shouldn't have to deal with. A number of students are involved with illegal activity. Just my opinion.
