Indian Oaks

Bolingbrook, Illinois Homes for Sale

About Indian Oaks

Indian Oaks is one of Bolingbrook’s earliest subdivisions and is comprised of single-family homes and townhomes on tree-lined streets. The neighborhood is practically at the center of the village, so everything Bolingbrook has to offer is within an easy walk or a quick drive from residents' homes. Home prices in Indian Oaks are similar to the rest of the village and only slightly higher than the state and national averages. Public transportation is limited to a few bus routes running along the closest major streets, but these do link to a Metra train station for Chicago commuters. Oak View Elementary, Brooks Middle School, and Bolingbrook High School are all a short distance from the neighborhood. The Promenade and Country Aire shopping centers are just minutes away by car. Bolingbrook Recreation and Aquatic Center, Fountaindale Library, the municipal complex, and the village’s Theatre-On-The Hill are all within walking distance.

Quiet Suburban Neighborhood

George M
Indian Oaks is a great value for families. The homes have good-sized back yards and the neighborhood is clean and pretty quiet. Bolingbrook has some nice facilities geared for families with children, such as its library and park system. The town has grown quite a bit in the last 15 years or so and it now offers a lot of entertainment and shopping.

Affordable Homes

Indian Oaks has very affordable homes. The school system is not great though.
