Great place to winter

Joanne G
We purchased a condo here 2 years ago. We really like the neighborhood (The Greens). It is kept up beautifully and is convenient to many restaurants and stores. We have a nice pool for the good weather. I would give this place a 5 star if I could, except that the golf course 'pond' (which was a nice feature when we purchased) is now full of weeds and, because of this, we have a terrible fly problem! Everyone says nothing can be done about it because it "would be too expensive"??? That doesn't seem logical to me, but I have nothing to say about it. I do wish the management would clean it up. I'm working on that.

We like the convenience of being close to 111, but this community is a mixed bag. We don't like the fact that there is a wide range of homes that are new and nice and some older places that need a lot of work.
