Interlochen Estates

Interlochen Estates is a community in Arlington, Texas. Located approximately 4 miles from downtown Arlington, 23 from downtown Dallas, and 13 from Fort Worth, Interlochen Estates is comprised of a diverse architectural array of single-family homes situated on beautifully-wooded lots. Residents enjoy the Village Creek Lake, which winds and twists its way through most of the community, giving many homeowners backyard views of the water. Both Six Flags Over Texas and AT&T Stadium are a short drive from the community entrance. Most residents of Interlochen Estates rely on vehicular transportation, though there are public transit options for getting around downtown Fort Worth or Dallas with ease. The Texas Eagle Amtrak line makes stops in both Dallas and Fort Worth, allowing residents an interstate travel option other than flying or driving. Interlochen Estates is served by the Arlington Independent School District, and most schools are a short drive away.
