Beautiful homes but water issues
The homes are really nice and the neighbors are great. We are just having issues in some of the yards and common areas with storm water drainage.
Quiet, secluded and friendly neighborhood that has a remote feel, yet very close to downtown Newark and the UofD.
The neighborhood is a little over half way completed, but is already becoming a very friendly and quiet place to live. Private, yet close knit community. The builder has been very responsive to any issues I have presented, although there have not been more than a few, and no major problems, all just minor quick fixes.
Good homes, Great neighbors, Water issues
We moved into the neighorhood in the autumn of 2017. The homes are nicely designed and well built! The neighborhood of just 20 homes is really cozy and the neighbors are really great. We really only have one issue with storm water not properly draining from common areas and lots.
