IslandWalk at West Villages

We wish we would have read some reviews about Island Walk West Villages before we bought here. It has been nothing but a nightmare. There is a long list of things that have gone wrong and we have had to fight for everything from the beginning. They sell you a "shiny bill of goods for lots of $$$$'s". Then you read your Divosta Homes Homeowner Guide after you have moved in, and you find out all the things THEY DO NOT DO like sealing your pavers, your granite, your shower tiles, and the list goes on. They brag about their "no wall", but let me tell you it is nothing to brag about if it has suction rings on every panel that are between the double glass panes, and scratches and cuts made by the cleaning people which Divosta Warranty will not stand behind. They don't tell you that you are going to have the lowest of low grade appliances either. They do not want to stand behind anything. Pulte has been anything but "good customer service". They are cheap, deceitful, dishonest and a real nightmare.
