Ivy Lakes Estates is a terrible neighborhood

Ivy Lakes Estates is a terrible neighborhood to reside. The rules are outrageous. It feels more like a prison than a neighborhood and I feel more like a renter than a homeowner. I do not recommend this neighborhood under any circumstances. I am hoping that I can move within the next year.
