We moved in a few months ago and love this community. Everyone is very friendly and even in a pandemic there are activities planned to try to meet residents social needs safely. We couldn't be happier with our choice to move into King's Gate,
Have been here several years now, moving soon though, Home Owner Fees fees are high for what you get for your money. Management seems to be a problem here also.
Over all very disappointed in this community.
Kevin and I have been at Kings Gate for a couple years. The golf is challenging and I also enjoy the tennis courts. The clubhouse is very nice inside and out (with pretty water views from the pool, tennis courts, the bocce and shuffle board courts). For convenience we frequent the restaurant and bar, it is pretty good plus it's easy to meet up with friends there. We also enjoy hosting dinner parties at our home.
