Favorite Community!

Joe & Gail B
When my husband and I moved to Williamsburg ten years ago, we checked out all of the gated communities. Kingsmill was our favorite for several reasons! We love the marina and private beach, the River Course, the Lazy River swimming pool, the walking trails, gym, spa, restaurants, and security! Nothing like watching a sunset at the James Landing Grille.
