Kingsport Estates

I've lived in Kingsport Village for two years and love it. Neighbors are friendly and they all maintain their yards. Walking paths and parks are everywhere. A lot of folks have been in their homes for 30+ years, but there's also a lot of younger families moving into the neighborhood now due to the great schools. So easy to enjoy the conveniences of Schaumburg, as well as the ease of transportation.

My family and I moved to this neighborhood a few years ago and have very much enjoyed it. The vast majority of lawns and homes are very nicely maintained by friendly people of all ages and backgrounds. There have been more and more families with young children moving into the neighborhood and have maintained its great reputation. Neighbors are friendly and there are plenty of great walking/running paths, ponds (so many ducks!), and two great parks.
