We love this community! Moved from Michigan and rented at Saddlebrook Ranch first, ended up hating the drive into Tucson to do anything. Next we rented a casita here, there are two pools, two hot tubs. Both have hours that kids are not allowed which is lovely because there is always a pool kids visiting can use. Location, location, location. We are close to everything which we love! The other big bonus to buying in this existing community is that the homes have much better privacy. There’s a loop of casitas which are smaller units without garages, and the larger loop has homes with garages.

This is a wonderful community and the housing is very appealing. It is in a great location in NW Tucson. We unfortunately bought at The Highlands at Dove Mt. and very much regret it. I now wish I had waited for the right place to come up for sale at La Cholla Hills.

This is a wonderful community in a fabulous location. I like the housing more than most of the new construction homes these days. I saw several homes and while many are outdated, the rooms are large with ideal floor plans. We decided not to buy in Tucson, but this community was seriously considered.

La Cholla Hills is in a convenient location and that was most important to me since I still work. It's a small, quiet community with friendly neighbors and older homes. I did some remodeling in my home (bathroom and kitchen updates) and now it's good as new.
