Lago Mar

The crown jewel of Lago Mar is its gorgeous, 3,000-square-foot clubhouse. Residents can work out in its fully equipped fitness center and use the cozy activity room and catering kitchen for casual get-togethers. Cooling off in the summer is easy at the resort-style pool, which also abuts a spacious patio and plenty of deck chairs. Younger children have a playground within steps of the pool. The community also has plenty of green space and several lakes. There's a soccer field and miles of paved trails, ideal for jogging and biking. Lago Mar is in the Dickinson Independent School District. Louis Lobit Elementary, Elva Lobit Middle School, and McAdams Juinor High are all within a 10-minute drive of the community's front entrance. Dickinson High School is 15 minutes away and is routinely rated as one of the best high schools in Texas. A number of private schools are also nearby.
