Beware HOA & title work

Purchased 8 lots in LCV & were told would have no problem moving 2 recent & 1 older remodeled singlewide trailers in. First American did the title work & blew it. Gave us clear title on lot we bought but owned by other prople. Not ours. Just paid for it. Cannot move trailer as 1/2 would be left in street or air? Surveyor also screwed up his work too. So we bought what belongs & in use by other party. Faulty title. Faulty suvey. No help. Took our money. Hoa is impossible to reach. They hide & no one helps. They ignore you. They are only interested in your money. Beware.
