This is a great neighborhood located off of Hwy 84 (Weddington Rd) and not too far from Providence Road, making it easy to get to work or shopping without too much traffic. The homes in here are 4-6 bedrooms and average 4400 sq ft in size. In 2015, the average sales price in Lake Forest Preserve was $581,850. The average sales price increased to $629,769 in 2019. There are about 200 homes in the neighborhood. The HOA includes a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and basketball court.
