Lake St Charles

We bought a house in the neighborhood because the amenities are amazing. The walking trail is gorgeous and wraps around the entire lake with fitness equipment placed around. Two playgrounds, soccer field, basketball courts, lake docks, pool, volleyball court. It is seriously beautiful. We enjoy our neighbors and like the style of our Charleston loop in the neighborhood. Only con is that the new management company that has recently taken over as the HOA is a nightmare. They aren’t afraid to send you plenty of notices but won’t respond when you reach out with questions or applications to change landscaping/paint. Hoping the board will take some of the neighborhood feedback to ditch these fools.
