Nice Neighborhood

J R
I think it has great amenities like the playgrounds, Pools and lakes with ducks and trails to walk or bike on. It’s not too far from SugarLand and very close to Cinco Ranch so you have a wide selection of shops and restaurants near by. The school close by is good, can be rigorous but very nice teachers and staff and lots of diversity for children to learn from.

Too much trespassing

The neighborhood would be nice if the children weren't constantly allowed to trespass all over everyone else's property while playing. Talking nicely to the children doesn't work and neither does talking to the parents. They say sorry, won't happen again, and then it just keeps happening. If it weren't for that the neighborhood would be great. I guess you just can't teach some people proper manners. Maybe it should be mentioned in the neighborhood newsletter or something. Bad neighbors who don't supervise, properly instruct, or have control over their children can really make a place go south in a hurry and it's just unfortunate.
