I love a community that offers that Old Florida Charm which has that seaside feeling that only Northern people can understand. When planning your entire year of working hard to enjoy the summer months down at the shores, wearing flip flops and
Bahama shorts, sharing hellos and simple conversations with your neighbors. Lantana Point offers this and though the smaller homes are starting to disappear and developers are coming in replacing them with beautiful estates what can't disappear is the easy way of life that one comes to find. I know that the homeowners that live in the newer estates appreciate their neighbors that has been in their home since the early 50's and living a stress free life style. Ahh Lantana Point a great place to visit and even better place to live..
