Great Neighborhood!

Colt W
My family and I moved into this neighborhood summer of 2020 and we are loving it! Our house is well constructed, beautiful, and cozy. There's a good mix of individuals and families, of different ages, in this neighborhood. It's very quiet, clean, and feels safe. I have Asthma and occasional breathing issues and I've been just fine in this neighborhood. I'm trying to convince some of my friends to move here and plan on living here myself for many years to come!

Smells

These homes were built next to an asphalt plant. Fumes are terrible and usually not disclosed (late evenings and early mornings). Community has a specific affiliation that if you are not part of you are not welcome.

Nice homes

This is a newer community in the area and the homes are very nice. Close to the freeway and lots of things to do in the area.
