Really like this place. It is close enough to all the shopping and dining you need and the layout is very attractive. The clubhouse sits right in the middle of the community and has a very lovely pool area. Lots of walking trails around the community too.
Moved into a new unit about three months ago.
PROS: The place is very nice and comfortable, and the amenities are decent for a home at this price point. Our unit has ZERO steps, which is very nice. The builder has a nice showroom to pick your options and dress up or down, depending on budget. Neighbors are nice and from all over the country. There is plenty of dining and shopping nearby. You are a 30 minute drive from Nashville.
CONS: Since the place is still under construction, roads are not great in some places. Also, we understood that there we would have a large green space...but such is not the case. They recently broke ground for new units pretty much in our back door. We were told we'd never hear our next door neighbors, and while we haven't heard voices, we do hear an occasional door closing or something dropped in the next unit. We will see how this goes long term.
