Lido Isle

Lido Isle is a residential neighborhood located at the beginning of the Newport Peninsula. This man-made island features beautiful, single-family homes, three tennis courts, a yacht club, a park, and private beach access. Though the island itself offers little in the way of entertainment, the neighborhood’s location ensures that its residents have plenty of options when it comes to dining, shopping, and activities. Just across the bridge, at the juncture where the Newport Peninsula juts out from the mainland, residents will find some of Newport Beach’s best restaurants and the peninsula’s vibrant nightlife. Residents are also only a short drive from daily conveniences like grocery stores and banks. The average home on Lido Isle is significantly more expensive than the national average, but the prices are comparable to similar Newport Beach neighborhoods like Balboa Island.
