Warning: Lighthouse Bay
I have been an owner in this community for 15 years and could not be more disgruntled by the property manager (KW Property Management) and the Board committees/members. These guys are completely in over their heads. HOA fees are completely mismanaged and there is evidence of cronyism regarding employees that are on staff. Don't believe me? D some research and start with a comparison of HOA vs similar developments. My advice, stay far away.
