Fabulously Diverse

All the neighbors are friendly and fabulously Diverse. We have people who've lives here for decades and new and young families. I live on a corner and see regular dog and little people walkers, runners and cyclists while working in the yard and regularly have the opportunity for a friendly chat. The homes are wonderful to look at, from traditional 2 bedroom 1 bath brick homes to large new modern architecture. We have direct access to the Crabtree Creek Greenway and are part of the Raleigh Transit Master Plan. Being only two miles from downtown means easy access via bus, bike or your own two feet!
