Lowry Park is comprised of two smaller neighborhood sections known as Lowry Park Central and Lowry Park North located within Tampa’s city limits. Lowry Park Central is bordered by West Waters Avenue to the northside, North River Shore Drive on the east, North Rome Avenue on the west and West Sligh Avenue on the south. Lowry Park North is bordered by West Busch Boulevard on the north, West Waters Avenue to the south, North Armenia Avenue on the west and Interstate 275 on the east. Lowry Park has clusters of different home styles scattered throughout the area. There are large and spacious single-family homes with up to six bedrooms as well as multi-unit apartment buildings. People from all walks of life in Lowry North Park typically rent homes and condos that have one or two bedrooms. Some of the major transit routes in these neighborhoods that experience more traffic and noise are West Waters Avenue, U.S. Highway 41, Interstate 275 and North Boulevard.

Families, children, and young adults are mostly found in this area. Lowry Park has seen a vast increase of development since the 1970s, which has increased a variety of home in the area. Lowry Park continues to grow with new construction homes being built and more options for new homebuyers in the neighborhood.

Many of the popular destinations for enjoying the local nightlife are located off of North Armenia Avenue and West Waters Avenue. Enjoying dinner at one of the Colombian or Mexican restaurants nearby are a popular way to start the night. There’s also a local music lounge that has a wide selection of songs, rotating taps, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
