Nice neighborhood. Houses are overpriced, even for this area. HOA fees include internet and I think basic 'cable' (streaming service). The "closed prices" in the description are way off as the starting price is now $600k+. 3 stars because it's nice, but they destroyed the potential by making the lots too small for families. I see alot of cars parking in the street, making it look like a starter-home neighborhood. Nothing like cars parking in the driveway, but blocking the sidewalk.
