Magic Ranch Estates

Let me first start off by Saying that" Magic Ranch Estates" is a community inside (Oasis at Magic Ranch). Separate - but part of Majic Ranch. We use the same Parks, Golf Course, amenities ect from Majic Ranch Estates, Everything is at walking distance. Our small side Magic Ranch Estate is much more quiet from the rest of our community this is due to the fact we are located in North Side. All neighbors are kind and respect each other. And we Look out for everyone. We have round security that patrols our area on a regular, street cleaning, Land Scaping. Florence AZ was ranked recently the 3rd safest city in the whole entire state, and it really feels like it. So is there a con the north side? I can only think of one, Since we are located at the very North - to exit out of the community is much farther from the main Road (N Hunt Hwy) you go through the whole community to get to the exit. But think about it this way - you won't hear Any traffic and cars trough Majic Ranch Estates. ,Its just a great place to live, for families, and the retired. Highly Recommend it.
