No HOA Meetings
Talked to the Community Manager, there will be no Pool or Rec Center the owner said NO. The distance between the each House was 10 feet and is now 5 feet. Nothing against First America Homes, but they are building 1600 sq. foot house on both sides. Just because we have a bigger lot does not mean they have to build a Big house, according to the By-Law's sent to me by RY Reid as long as the house is a Minimum 1300 sq. ft. it is fine. There are no HOA meetings,
