We absolutely love our home here! The quality of construction is great and my friends always rave at how nice our home is. I love the design and how open and bright it is. The clubhouse is small but very nice and has everything I wanted. I'm ready to jump in the pool this spring!

I've been very happy with my new home in Maples at the Sonatas. The neighborhood is quiet, very well maintained and quite friendly. The home itself is bright, with an open floor plan that makes it appear larger than most homes of similar size, and seems very solidly made. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a no-maintenance lifestyle.
