Mariner Bay

In my opinion the city of Ft pierce is not a safe community and is drug ridden. So to close for confort for me. It can best be described as an off beat community on the island. However, it takes some getting use to the characters on the island. Island life is laid back and during the season it's full of transient people. Mariner Bay is nice and we'll maintained, but unless you bought during the recession don't buy for the investment. You should form your own opinion by visiting the community. Just remember there are many HOA rules to follow such as parking, only two vehicles allowed any many more rules. It's very nice to be located between the Atlanta ocean and the Indian river, but still your located in ft pierce. As someone once told me when asked where I lived their reply was "sorry to hear that" If this areason of Florida interest you definitely check it out.
