I love being here. The community is very clean, green and spacious. The management is very professional in keeping everything in working order. Always think that buying here was one of my best decisions.

Stay away. Drive through main road looks great so deceiving. Upkeep of lawns and property is inadequate with poor workmanship. Fees raised every year with nothing to show for it. No community spirit Association does not work well with homeowners and problems and issues ignored.

I do not recommend purchasing a condo in this development. Community management is awful, unprofessional and at best downright rude! My mother owns here, has had many issues through the years, but managements handling of Covid19 social distancing protocols has been frightening to say the least. Community rules and restrictions do not apply to all residents, even fire hazards are ignored. Please look elsewhere!

During this time when your home is supposed to be your safe haven, I feel very unsafe in this community as management is not considering ALL residents.
