Marsh Harbor
Lived here 3 years. The neighborhood children are out of control throwing rocks at cars and cursing tenants. Security takes no action and neither does management. Management expects tenants to do their job and securities. The only advantage is it’s gated in which still visitors are not always checked at gate depending on Which guards mood. It’s a slacked property with no real property management they need someone else in the office and different security company
